WHAT IS CALEON TEQUILA?

Caleon Tequila offers three distinctive tequilas made from 100% blue weber agave from the highlands and lowlands in Jalisco, Mexico.  Our Blanco is tequila in its purest form.  Our Reposado and Anejo are both aged to perfection.

DO YOU ADD ARTIFICIAL COLORS OR ADDITIVES TO YOUR TEQUILA?

We never add any artificial colors or additives to our tequilas. 

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF ALCOHOL ARE YOUR TEQUILAS?

All Caleon tequilas are 40% alcohol by volume.

WHERE IS CALEON TEQUILA PRODUCED?

All Caleon tequilas are produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila, a multi-award winning, family owned distillery in Jalisco Mexico

DOES TEQUILA HAVE MORE CALORIES THAN OTHER SPIRITS?

Caleon tequilas have no added preservatives or artificial colors.  Tequila, in general, contains fewer calories than many other spirits. 

ARE CALEON TEQUILAS GLUTEN-FREE, NON-GMO, AND VEGAN?

All Caleon tequilas are plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO and vegan.  There's also no caffeine or carbs in our tequilas.

SHOULD I PUT MY BOTTLE OF CALEON TO CHILL IN THE FREEZER?

We don’t recommend putting Caleon Tequila in the freezer. Drinking any tequila that's been chilled to a very low temperature will affect its taste and aroma.  When tequila is served at a very low temperature, the sweet flavor is usually lost. If you enjoy drinking tequila chilled, its best to shake or stir it with ice before mixing or serving it.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BOTTLE OF CALEON TEQUILA?

An unopened bottle of Caleon Tequila has an indefinite shelf life and will never expire. Once you've opened the bottle, you should enjoy it within the year to experience our tequila at its peak. You should store, Caleon Tequilas in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, and any sources of heat. Unlike wine, tequila should be stored in an upright position

HOW IS THE CHARGE GOING TO SHOW UP ON MY BANK STATEMENT?

Your credit card or bank statement will show your order charge as “BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR”, “Liquor & Wine Warehouse” or “BEVSTACK”.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  If you haven't received an email, please check your junk or spam folders.  You can also reach out to us at orders@caleontequila.com for information.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to all states in the continental US, except for Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas,Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, and Utah due to local and/or shipping restrictions.

NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!

Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.

Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your shipment during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO or DPO because all orders require a signature from an adult upon delivery.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

You must be of legal drinking age to receive our package. Someone 21+ with a photo ID must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order.

For all UPS and FedEx orders, you can ship to a location to hold near you. This allows you to pick it up during the entire window that store is open, rather than the small window when the carrier is near your house.

FedEx – FedEx offers a free option to hold a customer’s package at a fedex store or a location affiliated with them such as Office Depot and FedEx Office Ship Centers.  You need your ID and the tracking number to pick it up all shipments. Visit the FedEx website or contact their Customer Service Center for further.

UPS – UPS offers a similar pickup plan, which is free if you pick up from a UPS customer center. UPS My Choice customers can to an access point. UPS Access points include Staples and UPS Stores.  Visit the UPS website or contact their Customer Service Center for further. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The warehouse will process your order as quickly as possible. It will take 1-3 business days for orders to leave the warehouse.   You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipment has been prepared and a shipping label has been created. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received a tracking email, please contact Customer Service at orders@caleontequila.com  for assistance.

Orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in CT, NY, and FL, and generally take 1-7 business days for delivery when shipped ground. 

Orders to Oklahoma and Texas may take slightly longer, due to the use of local carriers in those states. An online order can take up to 7-14 business days to be delivered depending on the carrier and the shipping address.

We recommend that customers place orders early in the week to decrease the likelihood that an order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

Use this Transit time as a guide:

  • Northeast: 2-4 business days
  • Midwest: 3-5 business days
  • Southeast: 4-7 business days
  • West: 6-9 business days

CAN I ALTER MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

Unfortunately, you cannot add or remove portions of your order once its been placed.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you enter an incorrect delivery address in connection with your order, or otherwise fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at orders@caleontequila.com  If your order is returned to the sender, you will be able to receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus any applicable shipping costs and a taxes.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at orders@caleontequila.com with a picture of the damage for further assistance.    Caleon Inc.assumes no liability for product damage due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions prior to placing an order and ensure that someone will be available to receive your shipment upon delivery. The most frequent cause of damages is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS TO PURCHASING CALEON TEQUILAS?

You must be at or older than the legal drinking age to place an order, in the USA that's 21 years old or older.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

When multiple boxes are shipped, there's a chance one or more boxes may become lost or misplaced. If your shipment is incomplete, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at orders@caleontequila.com so we can look into it.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
